How to Order:
1. Enter all of your custom text in the box above, including:
• Names as you'd like it to appear on card
• Wedding Date
• (Optional) Location of event
• (Optional) Choose a new color for the text or background. If no color is entered, your first proof will be white and charcoal grey as shown. You can still request to change the color after you've received your initial design proof.
2. Please email 1 high resolution photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can attach the files or share a link to a dropbox or a google drive folder. The larger the photo size, the better quality it will appear.
3. You will receive a digital proof of your order within 24-48 hours via email. Please review your proof carefully. Your order includes two complimentary rounds of revisions.
4. Once you approve your proof, your order will be processed and shipped to you!
Please allow a total of 5-10 business days for production before items will be shipped! If you need your items sooner, a rush fee will apply.
Processing & Shipping Times
All orders over $20 ship free within the United States!
Most non-custom items will be processed and ready to be shipped within 1-2 business days. However, some items may have a longer processing time.
Please refer to the description of the individual item for accurate processing times.
You can choose from several shipping options at checkout. For orders less than $20, and international orders, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on item weight and packaging costs. Items will ship from Beaverton, Oregon, USA.
If you need an item to be rushed to you, please contact us ahead of time to see if we can accommodate you.
Personalized or custom items will have a longer processing time. Please refer to your item description for an accurate processing time.
Simple custom items typically process within 5-7 business days.
Wedding invitations and other more complex custom items may take between 3 to 6 weeks depending on the number of items needed. Feel free to contact us for a quote.
Returns & Exchanges:
Non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt only if they are in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Buyers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the items.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us and include your order number.
Custom orders including our semi-custom wedding suites can only be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund.
Due to the nature of the items, custom orders cannot be returned outside of this 12 hour window unless the items are significantly damaged during transit.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all spelling and grammar during the review period of your custom proofs. If there is a spelling mistake on the final prints, you will be responsible for the cost of the re-print.
